Who you are
- Technical Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or practical experience
- Strong understanding of x86 server hardware architecture and subsystems
- Proficient in configuration management (Ansible, Chef)
- Experience automating server components at large-scale
- Knowledge of PXE boot, UEFI, Linux/OS boot, AMI/OEM BIOS distributions, Network stack
- Proficient in Linux (or Unix)
- Familiar with version control systems (Git)
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Go)
- Ability to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for hardware
