Who you are
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 4+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience OR equivalent experience
Lead HRIS changes and enhancements, maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance within the HR ecosystem
Develop scenarios and test cases, generate test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product system readiness for HR launch
Partner with Microsoft Digital to understand IT controls and implement business data validation processes
Utilize expertise in US Benefits and Healthcare guidelines to evaluate HRIS launch risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders

What the job involves
Play a key role in the development and deployment of extensive HRIS initiatives
Oversee the flawless roll-out of benefits programs
Work closely with multiple teams such as Benefits Program, HR Services Delivery, HR Privacy, CELA, and Microsoft Digital to drive impactful healthcare technology projects
