Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in management science industrial mechanical or chemical engineering required.
  • 7+ years experience in industrial engineering with a focus on e-commerce fulfillment centers.
  • Proven track record in sourcing implementing and optimizing MHE automation and robotics solutions.
  • Strong experience in labor management including engineered labor standards and LMS.
  • Accountability for projects from inception to delivery in a high-stakes environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Google Suite AutoCAD and other relevant software.

Day to day

  • Develop and optimize the Global Fulfillment Network.
  • Redesign existing facilities and implement new operating capabilities.
