Who you are

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in industrialisation and technical transfer of manufacturing processes particularly in inhalation or parenteral device development.
• Strong project and people management skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English both written and verbal.

What the job involves

• Develop and deploy industrialised aseptic fill-finish and associated process technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Manage and support the validation of equipment and processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement activities in collaboration with manufacturing partners.
