  • Ability to track and measure the success of influencer campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership performance.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to provide strategic direction to influencers while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that align with company goals.
  • Background in working with YouTube influencers is a bonus.

Day to day

  • Be the bridge between our company and high-level influencers and affiliates.
  • Review and ensure compliance of influencer and affiliate content with company policies.
  • Nurture and build strong relationships with partners, providing ongoing resources and support.
  • Craft and execute effective marketing strategies and write marketing briefs.
  • Perform competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Engage with potential partners via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with Affiliates/IBs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets.
