Requirements
- 6+ years in IT
- At least 2 years leading a team
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company preferred
- Healthcare or another regulated environment is a plus
- Experience supporting a distributed remote workforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Depth in identity access and endpoint across cloud and on-prem environments
- Experience with SSO provisioning deprovisioning device lifecycle and endpoint protection
- Ability to automate repetitive work
- Clear service mindset with strong intake prioritization and documentation
- Track record of coaching technical staff and explaining tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to run internal systems with compliance-ready controls
- Legally authorized to work permanently in the US without sponsorship

Day to day
- Lead IT strategy and coordinate internal technology operations across cloud and on-prem environments
- Oversee provisioning access control SSO device lifecycle internal application administration and help desk service delivery
- Manage endpoint security email protection access reviews vendor risk and incident response while partnering with DevOps and business stakeholders
