Requirements
- 4+ years in systems administration infrastructure engineering or advanced IT support
- Strong PowerShell and Python scripting skills
- Experience administering Google Workspace Azure MDM platforms SharePoint or similar tools
- Experience with AI platforms to accelerate troubleshooting and documentation
- ITIL 4 Foundation preferred or practical ITIL experience

Day to day
- Lead core IT infrastructure projects from technical setup through operational rollout
- Build and manage automated endpoint deployment and configuration frameworks for a mixed Windows and Mac fleet
- Provide senior escalation support, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain monitoring, documentation, and governance standards across a global environment
