Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant subject with relevant Microsoft Accreditation
- Experience in Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite, patch management, software distribution, and reporting queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and network fundamentals using TCP/IP
- Experience in Active Directory Infrastructure, group policies, and OS Image deployment methodologies
Nice to have
- Service Delivery Management
- Virtual Technology Experience
- Experience in scripting languages like PowerShell, vb.net, c++, .net
- Positive, self-motivated, team player, excellent communication skills
Day to day
- Responsible for operational delivery of Ivanti Endpoint Management Suite to ensure security improvements and compliance
- Participate in technical project delivery and provide operational 3rd line support
- Conduct root-cause analysis, deliver effective resolutions, and manage stakeholders
