  • Experience with Windows 10 11 Windows Server Mac OSX and Linux
  • Advanced knowledge of computer setup support and networking principles
  • Prior experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite including Exchange Online Outlook and Office applications

Day to day

  • Support Verndale employees and clients by configuring maintaining and troubleshooting corporate environments applications and cloud services
  • Act as an escalation point for the 24x7 help desk while responding to requests by web email and phone within service level agreements
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross functional teams to improve uptime security documentation and efficient technology operations
