Who you are

  • Solid experience in a similar IT role required.
  • Strong networking knowledge essential (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Wifi).
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows essential; MacOS knowledge beneficial.
  • Experience with SaaS and IaaS vital for leading transformational IT projects.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID and MFA necessary.
  • Experience in Microsoft Intune and device management platforms important.
  • Ability to automate laptop deployment using Microsoft Autopilot and Apple Business Manager desirable.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting.


What the job involves

  • Support internal networks across Boku offices.
  • Resolve IT MDM deployment issues.
  • Design and architect secure Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Implement zero-touch automation for laptop deployments using Microsoft Autopilot and Mac technologies.
  • Maintain and upgrade Microsoft Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Provide innovative solutions to maintain high standards in the technology stack.
  • Provide third line support for issues escalated from helpdesk.
