Requirements
- 8-12 years of IT Operations experience or equivalent senior-level experience
- Advanced administration experience with enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Slack Zoom Jira identity providers or MDM
- Enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with GCC High or another regulated government cloud preferred
- Experience leading root-cause analysis and implementing scalable improvements
- Experience as a technical escalation point and mentor
- Strong judgment balancing employee experience security reliability speed and business impact
- Automation mindset with attention to security reliability scalability and maintainability

Day to day
- Provide expert IT operations support to a globally distributed workforce
- Investigate complex operational issues and resolve them with attention to employee experience security reliability and business impact
- Mentor and coach IT Operations teammates while helping with troubleshooting root cause analysis documentation and operational decisions
- Administer enterprise platforms and support the federal environment including Microsoft 365 GCC High
- Partner with Security and other teams to improve compliance operational resilience and scalable processes
