Who you are

• Strong proficiency in authentication technologies with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed
• 3+ years of experience in IT with a proven track record of success
• Willingness to travel 4x per year for team offsites and as-needed travel for onsite deployments
• A demonstrated history of impactful projects with a strong portfolio of work that showcases skills across different technologies
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across different disciplines
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
• A commitment to enabling business impact through various avenues such as developer enablement metrics-driven infrastructure and thoughtful project design

• Experience working in high-ambiguity environments

What the job involves

• Navigate technical setups by setting up SSO connections MDM deployment requirements and understanding IT requirements of our health system customers
• Have hands-on ownership of IT connections and deployments with health systems
• Be a technical backstop for our clinical support team as an expert in health system product troubleshooting
