Requirements
- Strong proficiency in authentication technologies with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed
- 3+ years of experience in IT with a proven track record of success
- Willingness to travel 4x per year for team offsites and as-needed travel for onsite deployments
- A demonstrated history of impactful projects with a strong portfolio of work that showcases skills across different technologies
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across different disciplines
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- A commitment to enabling business impact through various avenues such as developer enablement metrics-driven infrastructure and thoughtful project design
Nice to have
- Strong experience in Entra ID SAML InTune
- Experience working in high-ambiguity environments
- Flexibility across the stack
Day to day
- Navigate technical setups by setting up SSO connections MDM deployment requirements and understanding IT requirements of our health system customers
- Have hands-on ownership of IT connections and deployments with health systems
- Be a technical backstop for our clinical support team as an expert in health system product troubleshooting
