Who you are
Associate or Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in computer operations, desktop support, and/or helpdesk support.
Proficient in HRIS systems like Rippling, Workday, Ceridian, or similar, and Microsoft 365 office suite tools, including SharePoint.
Proven track record in creating and revising company IT policies and procedures.
Excellent procurement skills and experience managing IT-related budgets and spending.
Strong prioritization, logical deduction, and organizational skills, with an ability to innovate and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

What the job involves
Oversee the implementation, administration, and management of enterprise OS image creation and deployment tools, as well as software deployment tools for end-user computing needs.
Serve as the escalation point for internal user support tickets, providing guidance and expertise to the IT team.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT procedures and guidelines.
Administer software tools, including maintenance and access management.
Manage Windows-based PCs and Apple macOS devices.
Oversee the Janus All Company Calendar and ensure its proper functioning.
Monitor and enforce IT-related information security policies and procedures.
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities related to system access.
Lead enterprise system implementations, providing technical expertise and project management.
Collaborate with external vendors to procure new IT hardware and software.
Oversee SharePoint management, including maintenance and access control.
Support system and security compliance activities.
Provide Tier I technical support for all employees.
