Who you are

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in computer operations, desktop support, and/or helpdesk support.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems like Rippling, Workday, Ceridian, or similar, and Microsoft 365 office suite tools, including SharePoint.
  • Proven track record in creating and revising company IT policies and procedures.
  • Excellent procurement skills and experience managing IT-related budgets and spending.
  • Strong prioritization, logical deduction, and organizational skills, with an ability to innovate and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

What the job involves

  • Oversee the implementation, administration, and management of enterprise OS image creation and deployment tools, as well as software deployment tools for end-user computing needs.
  • Serve as the escalation point for internal user support tickets, providing guidance and expertise to the IT team.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT procedures and guidelines.
  • Administer software tools, including maintenance and access management.
  • Manage Windows-based PCs and Apple macOS devices.
  • Oversee the Janus All Company Calendar and ensure its proper functioning.
  • Monitor and enforce IT-related information security policies and procedures.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities related to system access.
  • Lead enterprise system implementations, providing technical expertise and project management.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to procure new IT hardware and software.
  • Oversee SharePoint management, including maintenance and access control.
  • Support system and security compliance activities.
  • Provide Tier I technical support for all employees.
  • Mentor the IT team.
