Who you are
- 5+ years of experience supporting end users remotely
- Significant experience with software support for Windows and macOS
- Strong background in IT support within startup environments or SaaS tool administration
- Experience with IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin or Ping Identity.
- Ability to troubleshoot wireless networks and manage some physical infrastructure.

- Provide Tier 1 end user support remotely.

- Create and update detailed documentation for internal and end-user technologies.
- Contribute to team metrics like SLA fulfillment.
