Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience supporting end users remotely
  • Significant experience with software support for Windows and macOS
  • Strong background in IT support within startup environments or SaaS tool administration
  • Experience with IAM solutions like Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin or Ping Identity.
  • Ability to troubleshoot wireless networks and manage some physical infrastructure.

What the job involves

  • Provide Tier 1 end user support remotely.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving macOS, Windows, and Linux systems
  • Manage assets related to both hardware and software.

  • Create and update detailed documentation for internal and end-user technologies.
  • Contribute to team metrics like SLA fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on company technologies and train employees on best practices.
