Who you are

• A solid understanding of stock exchange regulations, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and the self-regulatory framework for listed companies
• Experience in capital markets law and public company regulations will be highly beneficial

What the job involves

• This role will include working on Swedish corporate law, including areas such as corporate governance, incentive schemes, ongoing and periodic disclosures, annual reports, and general meetings.
• The successful candidate will report to the Head of Corporate and Finance Legal Affairs and will have numerous opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders at the C-suite and board level.
• Additionally, collaboration with various departments, including the Board Secretariat, Finance, and People Functions, will be an integral part of the role.
