Requirements
- A solid understanding of stock exchange regulations, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and the self-regulatory framework for listed companies
- Experience in capital markets law and public company regulations will be highly beneficial
- The position demands a lawyer who can work autonomously, demonstrate strong critical thinking, and exercise discretion and sound judgment
- This role will involve dealing with sensitive issues and meeting tight deadlines
- The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritising their workload
Day to day
- This role will include working on Swedish corporate law, including areas such as corporate governance, incentive schemes, ongoing and periodic disclosures, annual reports, and general meetings.
- The successful candidate will report to the Head of Corporate and Finance Legal Affairs and will have numerous opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders at the C-suite and board level.
- Additionally, collaboration with various departments, including the Board Secretariat, Finance, and People Functions, will be an integral part of the role.
