We are seeking a talented and experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team at a leading ride-hailing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and managing disputes across various jurisdictions, with a separate focus on competition law. We are looking for a superhero ready navigating multi-jurisdictional challenges!This role is based in the UK but will involve overseeing and coordinating legal matters in multiple countries
ResponsibilitiesDispute Management: Handle a wide range of disputes, including but not limited to contractual disputes, consumer complaints, regulatory challenges, and litigation across different jurisdictions.Competition Law: Provide expert advice and representation on competition law matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.Legal Strategy: Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and ensure favorable outcomes in disputes.Cross-Border Coordination: Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders across various countries to ensure cohesive and effective dispute resolution.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in all operating regions, advising the company on necessary compliance measures.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior management.Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive advice to mitigate mitigate them.
