Who you are

• Multiple year track record of leading the technical work of a team in ML in a fast-moving tech company
• Impact driven and excited to own the end to end journey
• Self-starter mindset with proactive identification of issues and opportunities
• Solid grounding in SQL and Python
• Experience developing and shipping deep learning, graph-based, and/or sequence-based ML architectures to production
• Comfortable exploring ambiguous business problems in a complex organisation
• Experience in mentoring other ML practitioners
• Comfortable moving across teams optimising for impact

Desirables

• Experience with NLP tasks
• Commercial experience writing critical production code and working with microservices
