Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Learning & Development Education or related field
- 5+ years of instructional design experience with facilitator-led and eLearning development
- Expert-level proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
- Experience with Vyond or similar animation and video creation tools
- Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems and SCORM xAPI publishing standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Teams Planner and OneNote
- Strong instructional design communication project management and analytical skills
- Experience designing meaningful assessments and applying adult learning methodologies
- Professional certification in Instructional Design such as ATD CPLP or eLearning Guild certification preferred

Day to day
- Design and develop high-impact leadership learning experiences for new, emerging, and experienced leaders
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and validate content
- Build scalable learning solutions across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended formats while improving learner engagement and performance
