Who you are
- Hold a J.D. degree from a reputable institution
- Licensed to practice law preferably in CA or NY
- Possess at least 5 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a top-tier law firm specializing in debt finance capital markets private credit or structured finance
- Proactive and a self-starter with strong communication skills
- Eager to develop expertise in new areas of law and work in a team-oriented environment

- Work closely with our capital markets and finance teams to structure novel deals to ensure capital commitments
- Provide legal and strategic guidance to assess and mitigate legal risks
- Develop processes and templates for commercial transactions to support business growth
