What the job involves
- Advising drafting and negotiating key commercial deals including cross-border media partnerships and joint ventures
- Advising on corporate matters both in the context of M&A transactions and general operations and corporate restructuring
- Conducting legal due diligence and drafting reviewing and advising on transaction documents for mergers and acquisitions
- Drafting reviewing and providing guidance on a range of contracts such as non-disclosure agreements affiliate agreements consultancy agreements and other legal documentation as needed
- Directly negotiating legal terms with suppliers
- Increasing business awareness of key commercial legal risks and their mitigations
- Assisting in resolving disputes including contract disputes and potential litigation and working with external legal counsel if necessary
