Requirements
- UK qualified solicitor
- Experience in-house or in private practice
- UK defined contribution pensions experience preferred
- FCA regulated financial services experience preferred
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty and wider financial services regulation
- Experience advising on consumer-facing legal matters and complaints
- Commercial contracts experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with non-legal stakeholders

Day to day
- Advise on UK pensions law and financial services regulation in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- Handle complex customer matters complaints and regulatory issues with sound commercial judgment.
- Draft policies guidance and legal precedents while supporting compliance risk governance and strategic projects.
