Who you are

• Hold a law degree from a highly regarded law school
• Admitted to at least one state bar
• 5-10 years of experience in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts globally, preferably in data and/or technology transactions
• Proven track record of proactive and collaborative work with business teams
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy topics
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Provide first-class legal support for data and technology transactions globally
