Requirements
- Hold a law degree from a highly regarded law school
- Admitted to at least one state bar
- 5-10 years of experience in drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts globally, preferably in data and/or technology transactions
- Proven track record of proactive and collaborative work with business teams
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy topics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Day to day
- Provide first-class legal support for data and technology transactions globally
- Serve as the lead lawyer and strategic business partner supporting European and US business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements relating to the company’s products globally
