Who you are

• Degree in law
• 8+ years post-qualification experience, in-house counsel of multinational firm, preferably in IT industry with outsourcing experience
• Fluent in English
• Experience in drafting, preparing, and negotiating commercial contracts with customers and suppliers
• Experience in reviewing complex technical scope descriptions and pricing
• Experience working with Product Managers in product/service development, pricing, roll out
• Excellent communication, bespoke drafting, presentation skills

What the job involves

• Be the strategic Business Partner for software and cloud solutions teams
• Engage in strategic planning, contract development, and business strategy with teams
• Draft and review complex technical scope descriptions and pricing documents for new products and services
• Formulate end-to-end flow down terms and develop complex contracting structures
• Develop and maintain forms, templates, standards, and automation for software and cloud solutions delivery
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with service partners, suppliers, and other IT technology sector agreements
• Advise key stakeholders on risks and provide business transaction solutions, including data protection aspects with the Group Data Protection Counsel
• Keep Group Legal and Compliance team informed on key business developments with substantial legal impact
• Support training for Business and Group Legal and Compliance teams on legal and compliance aspects
• Assist Regional General Counsels with legal and compliance matters related to service delivery
• Perform tasks identified by key stakeholders in consultation with the Group Software and Cloud Solutions Counsel
