Who you are

What the job involves

• Reporting to the Group Software and Cloud Solutions Counsel be the strategic Business Partner for SoftwareOnes software and cloud solutions teams
• Work with software and cloud solutions teams engaging in strategic planning contract development and business strategy
• Work with Product Managers to draft and review complex technical scope descriptions and pricing documents for new products and services
• Bespoke drafting from scratch including formulating end to end flow-down terms and developing complex contracting structures
• Develop and maintain forms and templates standards and automation for software and cloud solutions delivery
• Draft review and negotiate agreements with service partners suppliers and other IT sector agreements
• Provide general legal advice to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Regional General Counsels and associate lawyers in negotiating services contracts and assessing risk parameters for customer agreements
• Advise key stakeholders on contract risks and provide solutions for efficient business transactions including DPAs and data protection aspects
• Keep the Group Legal and Compliance team informed on software and cloud solutions business and key developments
• Train the Business and Group Legal and Compliance team on legal and compliance aspects of software and cloud solutions
• Support Regional General Counsels in legal and compliance matters related to service delivery
• Perform other tasks identified by key stakeholders with the Group Software and Cloud Solutions Counsel
