Who you are

• Qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 4 years of experience
• Background in healthcare, healthcare technology, regulatory compliance, and data protection
• Experience in legal drafting and negotiation
• Experience managing and leading legal risk and compliance initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven knowledge and experience with GDPR and e-privacy

Desirables

• In-house experience
• Experience in e-commerce, marketing, and consumer law
• Knowledge of Irish, French, or German laws
• Knowledge of the G Suite
• Knowledge of OneTrust or similar tools
• Ability to speak French and/or German

What the job involves

• Provide legal advice to senior leadership on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, privacy, marketing, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service agreements, collaborations, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts
• Stay current with industry regulations and develop compliance programs
• Identify and mitigate legal risks, oversee litigation and employment matters
• Manage data protection compliance, ensure robust data security practices, and collaborate with relevant teams for compliance
