Day to day
- Provide expert legal advice across a wide range of real estate and property development matters
- Negotiate draft and review property-related legal documents including leases contracts options transfers licences easements and wayleaves
- Support operational teams and the Group Estates Team on strategic land development renewable energy projects and complex property transactions
