- HubSpot expert with advanced workflows custom objects HubDB Salesforce sync and system mapping
- HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
- AI fluency with specific examples of meaningful impact
- Strong analytical depth and comfort explaining data insights
- Ability to diagnose technical root causes and build scalable automated solutions
- Builder mindset focused on root causes and durable systems
- Experience in high-growth FinTech financial services or alternative lending preferred
- Knowledge of TCPA and CAN-SPAM compliance and deliverability best practices
Day to day
- Own the lifecycle and CRM marketing engine that guides small business customers from first touch through repeat funding.
- Build and manage sophisticated trigger-based workflows and personalized HubSpot journeys that scale with growth.
- Use AI and data to accelerate execution improve quality and turn campaign performance into actionable business intelligence.
