Day to day
- Handle a varied caseload of education litigation disputes for universities further education colleges and private education providers
- Advise on student breach of contract equality Act judicial review consumer law regulatory and wider commercial disputes
- Run matters independently from instruction to resolution while balancing legal commercial and reputational considerations
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and courts across the UK using strong technical skill judgement empathy and communication
