Day to day
- Act for universities further education colleges and private education providers across a varied litigation caseload.
- Handle disputes including student breach of contract claims equality claims judicial reviews consumer law matters regulatory challenges and related commercial disputes.
- Run matters independently from instruction through resolution while advising senior stakeholders on legal commercial and reputational risk.
