Requirements
- 6+ PQE
- Excellent technical litigation ability
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules
- Ability to run matters independently
- Experience in commercial litigation personal injury insurance litigation professional negligence or general civil litigation

Day to day
- Act for universities further education colleges and private education providers on a wide range of education related disputes
- Manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution while balancing legal commercial and reputational factors
- Handle technically demanding litigation involving individuals litigants in person and complex strategic judgment
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the continued growth of an established litigation practice
