Requirements
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a sophisticated law firm
- Extensive experience managing product liability mass tort or class action litigation
- Demonstrated leadership overseeing large complex litigation matters from inception through trial
- Strong experience with litigation technology case management systems document management and workflow optimization
- Experience managing litigation budgets staffing vendors and outside counsel relationships
- Exceptional organizational analytical and project management skills
- Proven ability to mentor legal professionals and lead cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies Legal Studies or a related field

Day to day
- Lead the operational management of complex litigation matters including product liability mass tort and class action cases
- Coordinate directly with attorneys clients co-counsel experts vendors and litigation support teams across multiple offices
- Design and improve workflows tracking systems case databases budgets staffing and litigation technology to keep matters moving efficiently
- Prepare and support document collections witness interviews depositions hearings mediations arbitrations and trial while mentoring junior legal professionals
