Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures discovery obligations and litigation support processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables lookups data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms litigation management systems and legal technology tools
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows analyze information and increase operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions from data
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Manage a high-volume litigation docket across multiple jurisdictions and subject matters while coordinating deadlines budgets and outside counsel activity.
- Support all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions hearings arbitrations and trials with careful document handling and responsive coordination.
- Design maintain and improve tracking systems dashboards reports workflows and templates that turn litigation data into actionable insights for attorneys and business leaders.
- Coordinate eDiscovery preservation collection review and production activities while partnering with internal teams vendors and outside counsel to improve processes and efficiency.
