Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • Minimum 7 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures discovery obligations and litigation support processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables lookups data analysis and reporting tools
  • Experience with eDiscovery platforms litigation management systems and legal technology tools
  • Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve workflows analyze information and increase operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions from data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Day to day

  • Manage a high-volume litigation docket across multiple jurisdictions and subject matters while coordinating deadlines budgets and outside counsel activity.
  • Support all phases of litigation including pleadings discovery depositions hearings arbitrations and trials with careful document handling and responsive coordination.
  • Design maintain and improve tracking systems dashboards reports workflows and templates that turn litigation data into actionable insights for attorneys and business leaders.
  • Coordinate eDiscovery preservation collection review and production activities while partnering with internal teams vendors and outside counsel to improve processes and efficiency.
