Requirements
- 7+ years IT experience with strong Microsoft 365 engineering and cloud collaboration expertise
- Proven end-to-end delivery of M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
- Hands-on experience with Quest migration tooling or equivalent enterprise migration tools
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID SSO MFA Intune security hardening compliance controls and identity lifecycle management
- Strong administration experience across Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Intune
- PowerShell scripting capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration planning and execution across Exchange Online OneDrive SharePoint and Teams.
- Administer monitor troubleshoot and optimize core M365 services including Entra ID Intune and collaboration platforms to maintain security resilience and availability.
- Use Quest migration tools or equivalent plus PowerShell automation to drive efficient cutover testing reporting documentation and operational improvements.
