Remote Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Ads Retrieval Job in United States Reddit, Inc.

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience with leading applied machine learning models with Tensorflow/Pytorch with large-scale ML systems
• 5+ years of end-to-end experience of training, evaluating, testing, and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency with programming languages (Java, Python, Golang, C++, or similar) and statistical analysis
• Experience in orchestrating complicated data pipelines and system engineering on large-scale dataset
• Prior experience with information retrieval and recommendation systems
• Ads domain knowledge on product and ML solutions is a plus

What the job involves

• Research, formulate and execute end-to-end ML solutions to deliver the right ad to the right user under the right context
• Building ads retrieval and early ranking systems for critical ML tasks with advanced industrial techniques
• Implement, test, and launch new model architectures in high dimensional information systems
• Drive technical roadmaps, lead project execution, and contribute to team vision and strategy
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, research, and marketing
• Mentor team members and advocate for the team's technical interests
