Who you are
- 7+ years of building scaled ML systems
- Excellent coding and system design skills
- Strong practical ML knowledge and understanding of ML theory
- High sense of ownership and drive to deliver impact
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with cloud computing services (preferably AWS)
- Experience with Snowflake and Databricks is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in a quantitative field

- Collaborate with Data Science and Data Platform teams to build scalable Machine Learning systems
- Develop a strong understanding of business problems
- Design, implement, and launch ML systems

- Mentor junior MLEs and Data Scientists
- Work with cross-functional partners to define project objectives and deliverables
