Requirements

7+ years of building scaled ML systems
Excellent coding and system design skills
Strong practical ML knowledge and understanding of ML theory
High sense of ownership and drive to deliver impact
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills
Experience with cloud computing services (preferably AWS)
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or above in a quantitative field

Nice to have

Experience with Snowflake
Experience with Databricks

Day to day

Collaborate with Data Science and Data Platform teams to build scalable Machine Learning systems
Develop a strong understanding of business problems
Design, implement, and launch ML systems
Ensure maximal efficiency, quality, reliability, and repeatability in a large-scale environment
Mentor junior MLEs and Data Scientists
Work with cross-functional partners to define project objectives and deliverables
