Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience including senior manager level ownership of monthly close in an international environment
- Experience in a high-growth multi-entity company at 200M+ revenue scale
- Direct people management experience with Senior and Staff accountants
- Deep practical US GAAP knowledge including ASC 842 lease accounting
- Hands-on NetSuite experience and familiarity with a modern close management platform
- Track record of leading automation and process improvement initiatives
- Strong audit support experience as an external audit partner
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities in fast-moving environments
- Big 4 or national public accounting experience preferred
- Active or inactive CPA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Own the monthly close end-to-end, coordinating calendars, dependencies, stakeholders, and escalation paths to protect quality and timing.
- Lead and develop a small Accounting Operations team, coaching accountants, setting priorities, and building accountability and growth.
- Drive automation and process improvements across reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, and close workflows using modern accounting and AI tools.
