Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
- Professional accounting qualification preferred such as CPA CA CIMA CMA ACCA or ACA
- 10+ years managing accounts payable or related finance operations in complex global organisations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Hands-on experience with AP systems ERP platforms and process automation
- Experience establishing internal controls compliance frameworks and process improvements
- Exposure to finance transformation system implementations or operational efficiency programs
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards internal controls and compliance frameworks relevant to AP

Day to day
- Oversee global end-to-end accounts payable operations for a large multinational organisation.
- Lead and develop a distributed AP team across the USA Europe India and Asia while ensuring strong performance and collaboration.
- Drive process improvements automation and internal controls to improve accuracy compliance and operational efficiency.
