Who you are
- Lead a distributed team in EMEA with at least 6 years of implementation/customer success experience
- Demonstrated expertise in customer implementations and relationship management, including SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS
- Exceptional communication skills across various mediums and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with customer success tools like Salesforce.com and Gainsight
- Fluency in German is preferred
- Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and passion for continuous learning
