Who you are

  • Lead a distributed team in EMEA with at least 6 years of implementation/customer success experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer implementations and relationship management, including SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and SaaS
  • Exceptional communication skills across various mediums and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency with customer success tools like Salesforce.com and Gainsight
  • Fluency in German is preferred
  • Strong adaptability, problem-solving skills, and passion for continuous learning
