Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- Experience in an aseptic environment strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-site capital planning
- Strategic planning capabilities
- Formal project management training or certifications are a plus
- Experience with utility systems wastewater pretreatment ingredient handling food processing and packaging systems preferred
- Track record with LEAN Capital Initiative Management processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to communicate present and influence senior leadership
- Proficiency with CADD and Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Project
- Ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization

Day to day
- Lead capital planning and project execution across multiple food manufacturing facilities in the US and Canada
- Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan aligned with business strategy and oversee a structured initiative management process
- Guide and mentor engineering teams while partnering cross-functionally to deliver safe on-time and on-budget capital projects
