Requirements
- Proven experience from Big 4 audit technical accounting or accounting advisory roles
- Hands-on expertise with regulated entities such as CFTC Swap Dealer FCM or SEC Broker-Dealer
- Strong people and project management experience across multiple workstreams or departments
- Deep technical knowledge of ASC 606 ASC 805 SEC reporting and DeFi accounting
- Proficiency with Workiva and NetSuite
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Trading and BizDev teams
- Experience with regulatory capital computations and filing frameworks

Day to day
- Lead financial reporting and technical accounting workstreams in a fast-growing digital assets environment
- Direct forensic reviews and reconciliations of complex historical data to build audit-ready financials
- Own advanced technical accounting research and cross-functional project leadership across SEC reporting M&A integrations and DeFi accounting
- Design and monitor SOPs coordinate offshore teams and improve the month-end close through better systems integration
