Who you are
- Experience in QMS systems and processes within or for a pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of Veeva Systems and Learning Management Systems in the Pharma industry
- Experience as a System Owner for GxP systems with knowledge of cGxP, IS Compliance, and ITIL service management framework
What the job involves
- Manage, support, and improve business capabilities for Quality Systems within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and support new business capabilities
- Provide level 2 support for Quality Systems and resolve incidents reported by end users
