Requirements
- Minimum 12 years global payroll processing experience
- Minimum 5 years managing payroll team
- Expert in Workday HRIS, Office, G-Suite
- Experience with acquisitions and international expansion
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of global taxation of stock options and RSUs
- Knowledge in labor and payroll tax laws and regulations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- CPP or equivalent certification preferred

Day to day
- Oversee payroll for over 2,400 employees across the US and international locations.
- Review and reconcile month-end payroll-related accounts and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and internal controls, including SOX.
