Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- At least 4 years managing Account Executives
- Proven track record hitting team revenue targets in mid-market or enterprise sales
- Strong deal-coaching skills
- Experience building and running outbound new-business motion
- Expertise in value-based selling methodology
- Experience running MEDDICC or equivalent qualification framework
- Experience hiring and developing AEs
- Based in the UK within commuting distance of London
- Comfortable travelling to customer meetings and regional events

Day to day
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives selling mid-market and enterprise new business across the UK
- Join key customer meetings and actively help navigate complex stakeholder environments to close deals
- Build and run a proactive outbound motion and signal-based pipeline generation strategy
- Use MEDDICC, sales metrics and high-EQ coaching to improve forecasting, CRM discipline and team performance
- Hire strong talent, onboard new AEs quickly and partner cross-functionally to hit regional ARR goals
