Day to day

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives selling mid-market and enterprise new business across the UK
  • Join key customer meetings and actively help navigate complex stakeholder environments to close deals
  • Build and run a proactive outbound motion and signal-based pipeline generation strategy
  • Use MEDDICC, sales metrics and high-EQ coaching to improve forecasting, CRM discipline and team performance
  • Hire strong talent, onboard new AEs quickly and partner cross-functionally to hit regional ARR goals
