Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field preferred
- 8+ years of professional experience with audit technical accounting SEC reporting or advisory experience
- Active CPA license
- Strong technical accounting expertise with US GAAP research and technical accounting position memos
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-accountants
- Effective cross-functional partnering and relationship building skills

Day to day
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex technical accounting topics including business combinations revenue recognition leases software capitalization and stock-based compensation
- Lead the development implementation and maintenance of company-wide accounting policies to ensure consistent application and compliance with evolving standards
- Partner with business and functional leaders to assess accounting implications of strategic initiatives and prepare technical analyses disclosures and journal entries
- Collaborate with external auditors support financial statement reviews mentor team members and assist with internal controls and SOX compliance
