Remote Senior Manager, UX Research Job in UK GitLab

Who you are

• Demonstrated UX Research leadership experience at the executive level
• Must have experience leading UXR Managers and senior IC's
• Previous hands-on experience and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research
• Service design, including JTBD and journey mapping
• Knowledge of user metrics (NPS, CSAT, SUS)
• Strong experience in influencing stakeholders and advocating for research insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic business acumen
• Experience working at an enterprise-focused SaaS company is ideal

What the job involves

• Lead the UX Research strategy for GitLab, reporting to the VP, UX
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports
• Responsible for business-critical performance indicators like SUS and CSAT
• Ensure research is integrated into product development and decision-making
• Evolve UX research methodologies and practices as the company scales
