Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years with an advanced degree
  • Demonstrated leadership behaviors and expert understanding of manufacturing technologies
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading teams
  • Proficiency in process improvement techniques such as BPM Kaizen DMAIC and Lean manufacturing
  • Ability to work independently while coaching and mentoring peers
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Project management experience handling complex goals

What the job involves

  • Lead with purpose breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected world
  • Provide day-to-day support to projects related to Finished Goods (FG) products at external sites
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders leading cross-functional teams and driving value stream excellence programs
  • Support global initiatives across multiple time zones and locations
  • Design manufacturing processes procedures and layouts for assemblies and equipment installation
  • Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions
  • Inspect machinery and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective actions for quality assurance
  • Develop and implement statistical process control techniques
  • Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specification requirements
