Reports toThe Senior Marketing Artist reports to the Marketing Art Lead
What will you do?Full-cycle development of promo materials in various techniques (primarily matte painting): battle scenes, backgrounds for loading screens, illustrations in comic style, object visualization with post-processing.Planning team workflow (estimations, deadlines) and forecasting resultsAnalysing art, identifying its strengths and weaknesses, and providing constructive feedback in a clear and concise mannerCollaborating with a team of designers to create necessary marketing and promotional materials
What are we looking for?Confident knowledge of composition, colour, and light, with the ability to apply them in practiceExperience in the gaming industry in a similar positionThe ability to analyse art, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and provide constructive feedback in a clear and concise mannerThe ability to plan team workflow and forecast resultsProficiency in freehand drawing in Adobe Photoshop using a graphics tabletStrong Photoshop skills and experience in creating photorealistic digital images using matte painting, retouching, photo-bashing and compositing techniques.Proficient use of and experience in 3D software (Blender, Unreal Engine4/5) for creating and rendering 3D scenesA portfolio showcasing professional experience in creating full-fledged artThe ability to work in a given art style
