Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side OR equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in AdOps, with knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and paid media management
3+ years of experience working with digital marketing measurement KPIs and web instrumentations
8+ years of experience in media, marketing, or advertising (Preferred)
Experience working with and influencing product engineering teams, specifically to enable media measurement – defining requirements, developing test scenarios, and planning productions usage
Knowledge of paid media ad tech tools (Ad Server, Deal Manager Portal, Demand side Platform, etc.)
Knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis
Knowledge of the mobile advertising space and measurement strategies
Support the Global Media team and internal stakeholders with developing, enabling, and maintaining digital campaign measurement solutions for all paid media/advertising campaigns
Document each measurement solution's capabilities and limitations within Microsoft’s various web environments
Ensure compliance of all established processes and procedures related to the use of each measurement solution across internal Microsoft teams and agency partners
Partner with operations, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to drive implementation of AdOps solutions and best practices
Manage and advise on Microsoft’s 1st and 3rd Party media tagging and tracking solutions
Drive consistency across Microsoft’s campaign tracking instrumentation for site and business analytics
Develop site solution designs and specifications documents for all Microsoft’s paid media/advertising campaigns
