Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in media, marketing, or advertising on the client or agency side OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in AdOps, with knowledge of data architecture, analytics, and paid media management
  • 3+ years experience working with digital marketing measurement KPIs and web instrumentations

  • 8+ years experience working across offline paid media channels
  • 8+ years experience working across digital media channels
  • 8+ years experience using data-driven media tactics

What the job involves

  • Support the Global Media team and internal stakeholders with the development, enablement, and maintenance of digital campaign measurement solutions for all paid media/advertising campaigns.
  • Document each measurement solutions capabilities and limitations within Microsoft’s various web environments.
  • Develop implementation and use-guide for each measurement solution. Ensure compliance of all established processes and procedures related to use of each measurement solution across internal Microsoft teams and agency partners.
  • Partner closely with other operations, marketing, engineering, and analytics teams (internal and external) to drive implementation of established AdOps solutions for paid media and compliance with best practices.
  • Manage and advise on Microsoft’s 1st Party/3rd Party media tagging and tracking solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams and 3rd party media and creative agencies to drive consistency across Microsoft’s campaign tracking instrumentation for site and other business analytics.
  • Develop site solution designs, and specification documents, for all Microsoft’s paid media/advertising campaigns, defining site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) measurement and instrumentation via coordination with other site owners.
