Requirements
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in communications and marketing or equivalent
- Significant experience in a senior marketing role ideally in education
- Track record of delivering marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple products or programs
- Experience developing and delivering events programmes for target audiences and communities
- Good understanding of US school systems and marketing to educators school leaders and districts
- Experience using data and market insights to measure performance and ROI
- Experience managing and developing people
- Experience managing budgets and external agencies contractors and vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach with global or cross-functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel across the USA

Day to day
- Develop and deliver US communications and marketing strategies to raise awareness and reputation
- Lead marketing campaigns for educational products and programs to drive demand and customer acquisition
- Plan events and collaborate across global and cross-functional teams to align US activity with brand strategy
- Use data and market insights to measure performance improve effectiveness and inform product improvements
- Manage a small team budget and external vendors while representing the organisation externally
